Nibeva's Harmony Day Tag Project: Celebrating Harmony Day

As Harmony Day approaches, my heart swells with pride and joy as I reflect on the meaningful project my mother and I embarked upon to celebrate this special occasion. Through our collaboration, we created simple yet heartfelt tags, strengthened our bond and shared in the spirit of harmony and unity. With her skilful hands, she carefully sewed heart-shaped tags using extra fabric she had saved for such occasions. Choosing the vibrant orange to symbolise social communication and meaningful conversations, she imbued each tag with warmth and intention.

With the heart tags ready, it was my turn to contribute to our project. Using iron-on vinyl, I lovingly added the words "Harmony Day" to each tag, per my mother's request. As I worked, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in supporting my mother's efforts and bringing her vision to life.
